At Uproot®, we stand behind the quality of every product. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• Free from damage, stains or odors

To initiate a return, email us at uprootbo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at uprootbo@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items
• Items returned after 30 days
• Items showing signs of wear or damage by the customer
