How long does it take to receive my order?
Production: 3–7 business days. Domestic shipping (US): 5–10 business days. International: 10–20 business days. Total time is production + shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to 70+ countries. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Sizing

How do I find my size?
Every product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in both inches and centimeters. When in doubt, size up — our pieces are designed with intentional fit.

Do your clothes run true to size?
Most of our pieces run true to size. Oversized styles are intentionally larger — the product description will note this.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?
Because all items are made on demand, we only accept returns for manufacturing defects or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email us at uprootbo@gmail.com with a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery.

Can I exchange for a different size?
We don't offer size exchanges on POD items. Check the size chart before ordering — if you're unsure, reach out before placing your order.

Each product page lists the exact fabric composition and weight. We use high-quality materials — cotton, nylon, polyester blends — depending on the product's purpose.

Are your products sustainable?
We manufacture on-demand, which means zero overproduction and no unsold inventory. Each piece is made when you order it.
